These terms govern your use of NutriPulse. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

NutriPulse is a practice-management workspace for nutritionists: track client progress, share diet plans, send reminders over WhatsApp, and manage follow-ups. NutriPulse is currently offered free of charge during our early access period, for up to the trial length shown at sign-up.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Use a real email address you control, since it's how we reach you about your account.

3. Your clients' data

You are responsible for having the appropriate consent from your own clients before entering their personal or health information into NutriPulse, and for how you use that data in your practice. We provide the tool; you remain responsible for your professional obligations to your clients.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use NutriPulse for anyone other than your own genuine clients.
• Don't attempt to access another nutritionist's account or client data.
• Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (including diet plans you don't have rights to share).
• Don't use the WhatsApp integration to send unsolicited or unrelated messages.

5. Service availability

NutriPulse is provided on an "as-is" basis during early access. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product develops.

6. Limitation of liability

NutriPulse is a record-keeping and communication tool — it does not provide medical or nutritional advice itself, and is not a substitute for your own professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using NutriPulse at any time. Contact us to have your account and data deleted.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll update the date above and let active users know.
